If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return the item to us. Write us a brief email with your primary information (name, address, telephone number, reason for return) to email@example.com. Your return must be sent to the address that we will provide by email.
In case the return is due to reasons attributed to NICOQO, we will be fully responsible for collecting the item. You will have the option to get reimbursed for your purchase or get a new item if still in-stock.
In case the return is due to reasons attributed to the customer such as color change, size or other characteristics based on a preference made by the customer when making the purchase, the customer is responsible for delivering the item in perfect condition. The return should be made within 15 working days upon receipt of the item.
Once the return has been approved (the items have to be in perfect condition and internal labels must be intact) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund has been approved.
